An organization benefits more from Preventive Actions than Corrective Actions. It does not mean that corrective actions can be overlooked. In fact corrective actions should receive top priority in the organization to resolve the issue in hand then only we can talk about taking preventive actions for stopping future recurrence. Generally staff in organization does not know how and what preventive actions need to be initiated and thus it largely gets unattended. We are committed to helping people to know how easily we can build a system in organization so that it’s staff are encouraged and can take Preventive Actions.

  1. Basically we need to document the CAPA procedure for our organization so that everybody will know how to take benefits from this methodology, and yes preventive actions benefits are more than corrective action but we need to look for corrective actions at the first time for smooth functioning of our business and then we can think about the preventive actions in relation to mitigate the risk arising from the current cause.

  2. Thanks Mustafa for your comments. You can further elaborate the CAPA procedure. And you are correct that corrective action should receive top priority in the organization to resolve the issue in hand then only we can talk about preventive actions for stopping future re-recurrence.
