- My own company: Kuwait Oil Company: I want all my KOC colleagues to understand the importance of measurement of Process Approach. My special emphasis is on Kuwaiti employees. This is very important for new professionals also who join the Company. If they understand this concept from day one, they will not waste their time and would benefit the Company in better way.
- K-Companies: The sister Companies should also adopt this concept. I am eager to teach all the employees of K-Companies.
- Educational Institutions: Young professionals must know this concept. They will take years to understand it. I want they to learn it before they start their professional career. They will not only make their bright career, but would also benefit the organizations where they will work. Here I wish to give awareness to MBA & Engg. students in Kuwait University and other professional colleges in Kuwait.
