An organization benefits more from Preventive Actions than Corrective Actions. It does not mean that corrective actions can be overlooked. In fact corrective actions should receive top priority in the organization to resolve the issue in hand then only we can talk about taking preventive actions for stopping future recurrence. Generally staff in organization does not know how and what preventive actions need to be initiated and thus it largely gets unattended. We are committed to helping people to know how easily we can build a system in organization so that it’s staff are encouraged and can take Preventive Actions.

Why process measurement is so important?

All service providing organizations be it government, public sector or private have to measure the effectiveness of their business processes for continual improvement. Let us help people understand how this process measurement can be done easily in an organization.
